Shipping Policy
When it comes to products like curtain poles and blinds, they need special care and attention when shipping them, but don't worry, we've been doing it for a long time now and we do our best to get the orders out to you on time, and in good condition.
Processing Time
If you place your order before 2pm it will leave us that same day. We ship within the UK. Some products can be shipped world wide too, we will always inform you of that at the checkout.

- Royal Mail Special Delivery guarantees to deliver by 1PM The next working day. You can also pay extra to guarantee Saturday delivery (contact us).
- DX 24 is a 24 hour service so it's delivered the next day as standard.

- Orders sent outside of the UK have estimated arrival of between 3 and 10 days, but this can be affected by the destination country's delivery network. Packages outside of the EU may be subject to delay through the destination country's customs system. Not all of our products can be sent internationally but we will always inform you of that at the checkout.

When your items are shipped out, you should receive a notification from us via email with a tracking number
Taxes & Extra Charges
All UK orders include VAT (Value Added Tax). Any orders outside of the UK may be subject to additional customs checks or charges depending on the country. We are happy to help with this so feel free to contact us for more information.
Change Your Address
We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at info@thepolesandblindsoutlet.com or Call Us at +44(0)1299 826744. Please note we process and dispatch orders within one business day of your order being placed.
Cancellations
If you change your mind before you receive your order, we can accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. Please refer to our refund policy if an order has already been dispatched.
Parcel damaged in transit
If you find a parcel damaged in transit, please reject the parcel from the courier and contact our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without your presence, please contact customer service with the next steps.
